ELIGIBILITY: The “STUDENT CENTER BOARD OF ADVISORS’ ESCAPE ROOM CONTEST” is open to all UCI graduate and undergraduate students with a valid UCI email address. Must be 18 or over to play. Contest runs Thursday, April 22, 2021, 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
TO ENTER: Sign up for the event using the signup form at www.studentcenter.uci.edu/home/student-center-board-of-advisors/virtual-escape-room/. If the form entry is accepted, a Student Center & Event Services team member will send you a confirmation email with instructions for logging in to the event. A minimum of two (2) to a maximum of five (5) contestants per team. On Thursday, April 22, 2021, 7:00 p.m., log in to the event with the Zoom link provided on the day of from a Student Center & Event Services team member and participate in the full, live event with assigned team.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) grand prize. The team to solve the Escape Room puzzle first will be considered the winning team. The winning team will be notified at the end of the event on Thursday, April 22, 2021 by 8:30 p.m. Members of the Student Center Board of Advisors participating as contestants agree to surrender any and all prizes.
PRIZES: $125 value. Maximum of five (5) $25 eGift Cards will be awarded to the winning team.
Each contestant on the winning team receives one (1) $25 eGift Card to The Hill. Prizes will be awarded and emailed to recipients no later than Friday, April 30, 2021. Winning contestants have the option to opt out of receiving the prize.
ODDS OF WINNING: Varies based on total number of eligible entrants.
