For events occurring during UCI’s commencement week in June

The Blue and Gold Package is offered to RCOs and departments booking commencement-related events (e.g., honors/cultural ceremonies, celebrations, etc.) in the Student Center. The Blue & Gold package is offered in the Pacific Ballrooms from Thursday to Sunday during finals week of spring quarter.

Package includes

Professional event planning support throughout the planning process
Room rental with a default Blue & Gold setup per space
Stage equipment (risers, stairs, podium, and plants)
Integrated audiovisual package (projectors, screens, microphones, and laptop) and professional A/V support
UCI Blue & Gold décor (LED Lights, drapes, and artificial flower arrangements)
Catering options through UCI Catering^*
